Our three directors know all aspects of childcare management inside and out – strategic, operational and financial. They have formed effective working relationships with a large networking group of other specialists.

Dr Brenda Abbey
Strategic Consultant

Brenda has more than 30 years of experience in the early childhood sector. Brenda’s extensive and multi-faceted experience has enabled her to have effective working relationships and collaborative networks with government and non-government agencies, peak bodies, early education and care services and other professionals – all of which ensures the best possible outcomes for her clients. Brenda has a Doctorate of Philosophy (Education), Master of Education (Education Administration), Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood) as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Amanda Sands
Operational Manager

Amanda has had 25 years of experience in the education and care sector having worked in all positions from assistant through to owner. This experience provides Amanda with a complete understanding of all roles, and a strong ability to support and mentor teams and develop strong professional relationships with licensees. Amanda provides expertise and guidance in legislative and regulatory compliance and guiding day-to-day operating practices. Amanda’s qualifications include Bachelor of Education (ECE) and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Arman Kovacic
Financial Advisor

Arman holds a Masters of Professional Accounting and has 5 years of experience working for a number of key multinational companies both overseas and in Australia. Arman provides expertise and guidance in GST, tax advice, budget, project accounting (preparation and analysis of reports), bookkeeping and more. Arman’s personable approach bridges the gap between complex financial matters and a practical day-to-day understanding and application to meet clients’ financial and bookkeeping needs.
